Zoltan is a fully qualified Clinical Massage Therapist (BTEC Level 5), trained at the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM). He came to massage through exploring and slowly resolving injuries of his own, which could not seem to be shifted through simple stretching, exercise regimes, physiotherapy, or various other treatments.
As well as using a range of professional massage methods (deep tissue massage, neuromuscular technique, myofascial release, etc.), Zoltan draws on the experience of working through his own injuries, on his practice of qi gong flow techniques and martial arts, and his academic studies in Systems Theory. Whether you have a little ache or tightness, a more specific injury, or you’re training for / recovering from an event, or you’re just after a relaxing massage – Zoltan’s aim is to treat you as a whole, integrated, connected person.
