Bookings
Booking is required, however last minute and emergency patients can be accepted whenever possible.
Cancellation Policy
These days we all live busy, hectic lives. If for any reason you cannot make your appointment, this can be done online through the link on your bookimg email or call our reception team within office hours, please give 24 hrs notice or a 100% cancellation fee may be payable for the missed appointment.
All initial bookings and 55 minute massages are subject to a 50% deposit to be paid in advance via the payment page when booking. A refund will be issued if cancelled within advance of the 24 hour timeframe. A cancellation link can be found in your booking confirmation email.
